When your vehicle is ready to be serviced, simply bring it by our store at your convenience. Our service department works on your schedule and we do not require a reservation for service.
If you are more comfortable making a reservation to drop off your vehicle, please call us or use our online reservation tool. While your vehicle is in for service, we are pleased to offer you a complimentary loan car on-demand.
It is our pleasure to provide you with a complimentary loan car to drive while your vehicle is being serviced. A reservation is not required. We welcome you anytime, at your convenience.

We complete each vehicle service with a complimentary car wash. Vehicles with a Sewell badge or license plate frame receive complimentary car washes on-demand at any Sewell location for the duration of your ownership.
If you have a basic maintenance requirement, most repairs will be completed within one hour or less. Should you prefer to wait, enjoy our customer lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi access and refreshments.
We use genuine Lexus parts and extensive expertise to keep your vehicle performing at its best. We carry a large inventory of parts which results in efficient work, getting you back on the road quickly.
